All preferences, settings, and any listening history generated by your use of SleepFuzz are stored locally on your device only, using iOS standard on-device storage.

We have no servers, no databases, and no infrastructure to receive or store your data. We cannot access, view, retrieve, or modify anything stored on your device.

SleepFuzz offers optional in-app purchases processed exclusively through Apple's App Store. We do not handle, process, store, or have access to your payment information at any time.

Apple manages all billing, payment processing, receipts, and subscription management. Your purchase history, payment methods, and transaction data are governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy.

SleepFuzz does not integrate any third-party analytics platforms, advertising networks, crash reporting tools, marketing SDKs, or social media tracking. There are no third parties receiving any information about you or your usage of this App.

SleepFuzz does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because we collect no data at all, the App is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by design.

We may update this Privacy Policy if our practices change. Any updates will be reflected on this page with a revised "Effective" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. Because we collect no data, no retroactive changes to data handling will ever apply.
