Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using talktrack for iOS ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

The App

talktrack is a teleprompter application for iPhone and iPad developed by Luke Hurd. It displays scrolling text over a camera preview and records video to your device's Photos library.

Purchases & Subscriptions

talktrack offers a free trial and a one-time Pro unlock through Apple's App Store:

• The trial provides full access to all features for a limited period (3 days) at no cost
• The Pro unlock is a single, one-time in-app purchase that grants permanent access to all features
• There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no auto-renewals
• All purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard terms

Refunds

Since purchases are made through the App Store, refund requests must be directed to Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your content

You retain full ownership of everything you create with talktrack — your scripts, recordings, and any other content. The app does not claim any rights to your content, and your content never leaves your device through the app.

Permitted use

You may use talktrack for any lawful personal or commercial purpose. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the app or any part of it
• Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws

Device permissions

talktrack requires access to your device's camera, microphone, and Photos library to function. Optionally, it uses speech recognition for voice commands and speech-tracked scrolling. These permissions are requested through standard iOS prompts and can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings. The app will explain which features require which permissions.

Disclaimer of warranties

talktrack is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While the developer strives for a reliable, high-quality experience, no guarantee is made that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luke Hurd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Pro unlock.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable jurisdiction.
