What do I get in the free trial?
Everything. The 3-day trial gives you full access to every feature in the app — teleprompter, recording, voice commands, multi-cam, all of it. No features are locked during the trial.
After 3 days, you can unlock Pro with a single one-time purchase to keep access permanently.
What iPhone or iPad do I need?
- iOS 17.6 or later on iPhone or iPad
- Speech-tracked scrolling requires iOS 26+ (earlier versions get timed and voice-activated modes)
- Multi-cam dual-lens recording requires hardware that supports AVCaptureMultiCamSession

How is this different from talktrack for Mac?
They share the same concept — script under the camera, scroll while you talk — but the iOS version is built from the ground up for mobile recording:

What are voice commands?
With voice commands enabled, you can control the app hands-free by saying phrases like:
- "talktrack start" / "talktrack stop" — play and pause the teleprompter
- "talktrack record" / "talktrack stop recording" — start and stop filming
- "talktrack faster" / "talktrack slower" — adjust scroll speed
- "talktrack reset" — jump back to the top
Speech recognition runs entirely on-device. Voice commands are off by default — enable them in Settings when you want them.
What is speech-tracked scrolling?
On iOS 26 and later, talktrack can listen to what you're saying and scroll the script to match your actual words in real time. It uses on-device speech recognition and CoreText layout to align scroll position with your speech.
On older iOS versions, you still get timed scrolling (constant speed) and voice-activated scrolling (scrolls when you talk, pauses when you stop).
How does multi-cam recording work?
On supported devices, you can record from two rear cameras simultaneously — wide and ultra-wide. You get:
- Two separate video files saved to Photos
- A picture-in-picture preview of the second angle while you record
- Zoom, focus, and exposure controls applied to both lenses
Multi-cam requires hardware support (typically iPhone models with multiple rear cameras that support AVCaptureMultiCamSession).
What file formats can I import?
You can import scripts from:
- .txt and .md (plain text / Markdown)
- .rtf (Rich Text)
- .docx (Word documents)
- .pdf (selectable text PDFs)
Each script slot has its own Import button, so you can load different scripts into different slots.
Does the app collect any data?
No. Your scripts, recordings, and camera feed stay entirely on your device. Nothing is uploaded, synced, or shared.
